Determination and Education

In several theories of learning the concept of self-determination is used. In education and learning, the Self Determination Theory has been involved as an influential framework. Special education term means that the programs and services designed for the people which requires special needs, so the students can reach their full potential. 

The term also includes the basic educational needs of the students who are disabled and this factor affects their performance while learning. Education and learning services for the people of determination are totally supported by the government of UAE. Confection on the rights of persons with disabilities and the optional protocol was signed by the government of UAE in November 2006.

Research shows that several students of determination enhance their quality of life after getting a special education. In the field of education, the concept of self-determination is the most critical concept. Factors must be identified in order to motivate and sport the people of determination to achieve more success in their life. 

Research has also found that if the teachers and the environment of the room are supportive, the performance of disabled students is increased. Students who are well motivated engage more in the processing of information and pay more attention to details and make connections between ideas.

In various countries of the world, the Ministry of Education is totally responsible to facilitate the education of such kind of people. 

Without any exception, people of determination are allowed to enrol in any special education school. Expert teachers are appointed in schools in order to deal with the children of determination. Several governments are trying to engage people of determination in the government education system in order to fulfill their educational needs. As a result, thousands of people are studying in these special schools, many are graduated and many of them receive their PhD degrees.
